Our Team
At EverRoam Collective, our people embody the same energy and purpose that drive the brands we represent. We’re runners, hikers, skiers, travelers, and explorers — united by a shared passion for motion and connection. Every partnership we build and every mile we cover is powered by a team that believes in authenticity, quality, and adventure. Together, we bring our mission to life: helping brands and retailers find their stride and move the industry forward.
Jess is the driving force behind EverRoam Collective, leading the agency with a belief that integrity, transparency, and sustainable growth should guide every decision. A lifelong runner, Jess feels most at home on the trail, where movement brings clarity and calm—though a solid strength workout is what makes her feel truly unstoppable.
A self-described data nerd, she rarely goes anywhere without her Garmin Epix Pro, tracking everything from miles to sleep. Travel often doubles as adventure, and Jess loves “run-sploring” new cities at sunrise—logging miles through places like Knoxville, Austin, and Traverse City before most people have had their first cup of coffee (or tea, in her case).
Jess brings experience, resilience, and honesty to the team, shaped by years of navigating the highs and lows of the outdoor industry. She’s known for quick responses to retailers, a deep respect for relationships, and a willingness to adapt without losing sight of what matters. Somewhere between answering emails at her bathroom vanity and fueling long trail races with pistachios and Nerds Clusters, Jess continues to lead with grit, purpose, and a voice that refuses to be quiet—soundtracked, fittingly, by “Fighter” by Christina Aguilera.

Adam wears a lot of hats at EverRoam Collective—and that’s exactly how he likes it. On any given day, he might be behind the wheel, managing warehouse logistics, supporting sales, or jumping in wherever the team needs him most. If it keeps the operation moving forward, Adam’s in.
When he’s not on the road, the Peloton bike is his go-to for staying active, and his truck is the piece of “gear” he relies on more than anything—equal parts office, warehouse, and mobile command center. Adam’s work has taken him as far as Switzerland, including one particularly memorable call from a gondola in the Alps, which pretty much sums up his approach: wherever the work is, he shows up.
Adam thrives on the hustle. Success, to him, isn’t a habit—it’s a mindset built on enjoying the grind, embracing the challenge, and staying in the fight. Known for his gift of gab and natural ability to connect with people, he brings energy, adaptability, and momentum to the EverRoam team. His soundtrack is still evolving, but one thing’s certain: it’ll match the pace.

Andrew Vargo feels most at home on the trail, especially when the miles are long and the pace is unhurried. Trail running is his reset button, a way to clear his head and stay connected to the places he travels for work. When it comes to gear, he’ll reluctantly admit his phone is the one thing he can’t live without—serving as everything from a music player and navigation tool to a guitar tuner and late-night white noise machine.
Andrew’s work has taken him everywhere from quiet gravel roads in Northeast Ohio’s Amish country—where answering emails means sharing the road with horse and buggies—to far more unexpected places, like a winter-themed photo shoot on Mount Hood in the middle of July during a previous chapter of his career. At EverRoam Collective, he thrives on being on the road, meeting retailers face-to-face, and learning about the unique communities each shop serves.
Known for bringing creativity and curiosity to the team, Andrew is a big believer in structure as a path to freedom—if it’s on the calendar, it’s getting done. He runs on Red Bull, fuels long drives and trail days with Peanut Butter M&Ms, and carries a deep love of live music. “Prince Caspian” by Phish holds a special place in his life, inspiring some unforgettable moments and even the name of his son—a reminder that the best journeys are the ones that leave a lasting mark.
